我知道，parityis not geth，但--mode passive確實是你要求的。

--mode MODE            Set the operating mode. MODE can be one of:
                      last - Uses the last-used mode, active if none.
                      active - Parity continuously syncs the chain.
                      passive - Parity syncs initially, then sleeps and
                      wakes regularly to resync.
                      dark - Parity syncs only when the RPC is active.
                      offline - Parity doesn't sync. (default: last).

我passive在所有設備上都使用該模式，因為它在同步大約一小時後進入睡眠模式，然後再次檢查新塊。這在我的機器上大部分時間都節省了大量資源。
