單獨安裝geth。在 Ubuntu 上：

sudo apt-get install software-properties-common
sudo add-apt-repository -y ppa:ethereum/ethereum
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install ethereum

在 Mac 上應該是：

brew update
brew tap ethereum/ethereum
brew install ethereum

現在從命令行以輕量模式執行 geth：

geth --syncmode "light" --cache 1024

一旦啟動，正常打開 Mist，它應該會自動連接到 geth light 實例。第一次執行此操作時，它將重新下載整個區塊鏈並將其放在單獨的文件夾中。對於 Ubuntu 上的我來說，這是 ~.ethereum/geth/lightchaindata，而正常的鏈數據是 ~.ethereum/chaindata。第一次需要幾分鐘來重新下載區塊鏈（但它比正常快得多），之後，它應該會在幾秒鐘內同步到鏈上。

The complete commands for me:
