如果乙太幣已經在合約中，而你沒有轉移已經在合約中實現的乙太幣的功能，那麼乙太幣將永遠存在於合約中。

一個接收乙太幣並允許轉賬的簡單合約如下所示。只有部署合約的人才能轉移乙太幣。

   address public owner;

   constructor() public {
       owner = msg.sender;
   }

   function transfer(address to, uint256 amount) public {
