計算交易費用

交易的總成本是gas 限制和 gas 價格的乘積：

(gas limit x gas price) = transaction fee

在web3js以下方法中可用：

• web3.eth.estimateGas估計氣體限制
• web3.eth.getGasPrice估計gas價格
