Web3從助記符+密碼創建帳戶

我正在嘗試通過提供助記符 + 密碼（使用 BIP39-js 創建）來使用 web3-js 創建一個乙太坊帳戶，但似乎找不到同時接受助記符的 web3.eth.accounts.create() 的實現和密碼。
